Full Time - 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (38 hours a week)
The role of a Client Onboarding Administrator is a flexible role, encompassing a wide range of duties. Whilst a large part of this role is about working directly with new and existing clients to answer queries and assist with onboarding, you will also have a strong focus on helping shape the direction of the company, the cover general administraion. You will someone that just connects with people when you speak with them, someone that loves to get to know our customers and has a friendly understanding telephone manner. You are someone that has great administration skills, a friendly and bright disposition, and a passion for supporting people with disabilities to live the life they want.

Reporting to the Services Director (NDIS), the duties, and responsibilities of the Client Onboarding Administrator include:
- Onboarding new clients, completing services agreements and service bookings
- Answering client queries via phone and/or email
- Administering the day to day running of the office
- Assisting the plan management team with any client notifications, updates or administration tasks
- Resolving client and provider enquiries via phone and email
- Building relationships with clients and other providers in the sector
- Providing feedback to and preparing material to support PlanCare clients
This role is full time, based from our office in Bibra Lake, Western Australia. You will have the option to work from home on occasion.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is friendly, bright and bubbly, and enjoys talking and meeting new people
- Is ready to learn about the NDIS and how it works, and will be confident to answer basic client queries regarding their funding
- Has superb communication skills, both written and verbal
- Has a person-centred attitude, and is committed to support people with disabilities to achieve their goals
- Is well organised and have excellent communication skills
- Is able to create and maintain relationships with clients and other providers
- Has a positive can-do attitude, who isn’t afraid to share ideas and feedback to help us grow
- Have great time management skills
- Flexible and adaptable and like to work in a fast-paced environment of constant change
- Is a fast learner, and can learn independently
- Can positively contribute to the achievement of the business objectives whilst maintaining a focus on the business values
- Enjoys working in a team environment, and having a laugh at work
You’ll definitely need to have:
- Good computer skills, and attention to detail
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check, or ability to get one
- The right to work and live in Australia
It would be especially great if you had:
- Experience in NDIS plan management
- Lived or learned experience of disability
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- NDIS Workers Check
