Plan Management is the easiest, quickest and most popular way to get the most from your NDIS funding without all the stress of invoices, payments and administration.

We offer fast invoicing, quick and easy budgeting and an online client portal so you can see how you are tracking against your plan.
Does your plan include Improved Life Choices?
Check your NDIS plan to see if it includes financial management (listed as Improved Life Choices or Choice and Control). If it doesn’t, you need to:
1. Call the NDIA planners on 1800 800 110 and tell them that you would like plan review because you want to be plan managed by PlanCare.
2. Explain that you want more control, flexibility and choice over the providers you can use.
3. The NDIA will then review your request and notify you once it’s been approved.
4. You can now sign up for PlanCare.
Currently with another plan manager?
If you are currently with an existing plan manager and want to transfer across to Caretaskr, there are a few extra steps before this can happen.
First, contact the NDIA on 1800 800 110 to advise them that you want to transfer your plan management to Caretaskr.
Second, contact your current plan manager and ask them to cancel their service booking and reduce their available funds to zero. You can find a useful template to use to communicate this to your existing plan manager by clicking the link below.
