What does self-management mean in home care?
Self-management gives you the freedom to take control of your Support at Home funds and how they are used. Instead of having a provider manage everything for you, you will take the lead in organising your supports, choosing who provides them, and deciding when and how they are delivered.
Even though you are managing the day-to-day aspects of your care, our team will work alongside you to provide the reassurance and support you may need.

Meal Preparation
Your Support at Home package can support you with pre-prepared meals, to ensure you receive sufficient nutrition. Your package will pay for the cost of preparing and delivering the meals, whilst you will pay for the cost of the raw ingredients. Where possible, these two separate costs should be clearly outlined on your invoice.
