We handle the administration of supporting your services, and you get to choose who, what, where and when you receive support. We give you the autonomy, technology, resources, and, most importantly, peace of mind that all your services are compliant.
Our unique model offers you a dedicated Co-Care Manager who will support and monitor your funding, as well as oversight from a Registered Nurse when clinical expertise may be required.

Using a Home Care Package Level 3 example, you'll get over 14 hours of support per week compared to nearly 8 hours with most providers. Most providers charge $56 per hour for support workers. PlanCare enables you to find the best priced workers that suit your needs, this can be around $40 per hour.
