For a flat rate fee of 13%, our Co-Care self-managed service gives you more choice and control and enables your funding to go much further. You choose who you receive services from with no hidden fees.
Self-managing means you make the decisions on who, where and when you receive the support you need. When you self-manage your Home Care Package with PlanCare, you can unlock many more hours of support when compared to traditional care providers.

While we take care of the administration of your funding, you're free to organise the support services you need. PlanCare will help you set up your team of workers and service providers, and carry out all the necessary background checks
