The Role
The role of a Mid-Senior Full-Stack Developer is highly dynamic, requiring creativity and innovation. You will thrive in a high-pressure environment, where excellent communication skills are essential. While a significant part of this role involves extensive software development and meeting deadlines, you will also focus on leveraging your strong analytical skills to drive the company's progress. You possess a wealth of experience in software development, ensuring you stay current with industry standards and best practices.
The role will look a bit like this:
Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, the duties and responsibilities of the Full Stack Developer include:
- Developing the latest user-facing features
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Participate in refinement workshops with team members and business stakeholders, estimation sessions, technical design sessions and architecture walkthroughs
- Performing coding assignments.
- Reviewing code work for accuracy and functionality.
- Creating and implementing design plans.
- Analyzing code segments regularly.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments.
This role is full-time, ongoing, and based in PlanCare’s Perth office.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Has strong computer skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and management skills.
- WHS principles and Quality Improvement.
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible to changing priorities and environments.
- Has effective coordination and time management skills.
- Ability to identify and manage risk.
- Ability to collate, analyse and interpret results of user data and mandatory quality indicators with the aim of assisting the product/service in improving the delivery of healthcare-at-home systems and processes.
- Can create and maintain relationships with internal users, providers, clients and industry contacts.
- Has a positive can-do attitude and isn’t afraid to share ideas and feedback to help us grow.
- Flexible and adaptable and like to work in a fast-paced environment of constant change.
- Can positively contribute to the achievement of the business objectives whilst maintaining a focus on the business values.
You’ll definitely need to have:
Experience in the following programming languages & frameworks:
- C#/asp.net core
- Angular
- Nodejs
- Typescript
- ReactJS (Optional)
- CSS
- SASS/SCSS
Experience in the following databases:
- SQL Server
- Entity Framework Core
