With our full-management (Online) service we take care of the day-to-day administration, so you can focus on what matters most. This option is ideal if you would prefer a more hands-off approach, while still being involved in key decisions about your care and support.

Meal Preparation
Your Support at Home package can support you with pre-prepared meals, to ensure you receive sufficient nutrition. Your package will pay for the cost of preparing and delivering the meals, whilst you will pay for the cost of the raw ingredients. Where possible, these two separate costs should be clearly outlined on your invoice.

Once you're up and running, your dedicated Co-Care Partner will support you in managing your budget and track your spending, ensuring your services are paid promptly. Regular reviews are conducted to ensure you are making the most of your Support at Home package
